His work centers on a conviction that workforce housing is not a social cause — it is a high-conviction capital opportunity. By partnering with Cavco Industries and leveraging factory-built construction, Robert has developed a repeatable model that compresses build timelines, controls costs, and delivers institutional-quality returns to accredited investors.

The flagship Longview, WA development — 36 townhome units at $315,000 per home — represents the first deployment of capital under the Latter Rain 506(c) offering. Additional projects in the Cavco pipeline are in active site selection.

Douglas leads investor relations, accredited investor outreach, and the go-to-market strategy for each Latter Rain Capital offering. He manages the investor pipeline from first contact through subscription close, ensuring all communications remain compliant with SEC Rule 506(c) general solicitation standards. Douglas also oversees home sale marketing for each completed development.
